Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have about your order. We will do our best to come up with a solution.
When will my order ship?
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt Monday-Friday.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Enchanted Yarn Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot replace your order as we are a very small business.
I placed a local pick-up order, when will I be able to pick it up?
You will be contacted within 24 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday, to set up a day & time to pick up your order.
How do I wash my items?
All Beanies, Headbands, and Cowls:
Remove pom pom & pom bottom by untying. (Do not wash them)
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent, gently reshape (take care not to stretch out) & lay flat to dry.
Refresh pom poms with a hair dryer on COOL only (no heat!). You may also gently brush pom pom with a comb.
All Baby Blankets & Loveys:
Handwash cold, lay flat to dry.
All Plushies & Toys:
Spot Clean Only
When do you make your 6% donation to the Worcester County Food Bank?
We donate on an annual basis (August) to minimize donation fees.
I’ve read through the FAQs and haven’t found my answer. What can I do?
